 It will be regulated as advised by the authorities, with the use of proper signage to advise about new capacities in all of our spaces, as well as elevators, reception and restaurants.

 It is needed that all the guests and staff respect a 1.5m social distancing policy.

 According to the regulations, it is mandatory the use of a mask both indoors and outdoors: please use the masks whenever occupying common areas, as well as when leaving the Hotel.

 We will provide hydroalcoholic solution dispensers throughout the hotel.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
 All common or passing areas will be subject to an adapted cleaning plan. Lifts and bathrooms will be cleaned frequently.

 Whenever possible we will request payment in the form of contactless credit card.

 Staff will receive training on new procedures and how to act upon the detection of a possible case.

 The capacity for each space will be restricted according to current regulations. Likewise, to ensure interpersonal distance, the number of tables available is reduced, so early booking is recommended.

 The dining rooms will be cleaned after each use according to the new procedure. Likewise, after each use, glassware, crockery and cutlery will be properly cleaned and disinfected.

 They will be available digitally or for single use.

 The service adapts to the new regulations. Our buffet breakfast will be replaced by a more personalized service. The measures may evolve according to the Government's recommendations. Room service will continue to be available with a specific protocol.

 According to local regulations, customers must be seated at all times, free access to tables or consumption while standing is forbidden.
