How do I send a claim about the minimum guaranteed rate?
If you find a lower rate than that you booked at the website www.hotelamudaina.com before 4 hours have elapsed since you made the booking, you must send a Best Guaranteed Rate Claim by e-mail along with a link to the website where you found the booking and/or a screenshot of it.
Our Booking Centre shall verify that the information is correct and if it is, we will get in touch with you to apply the change in rate.
